七転び八起き
Nana Korobi Ya Oki (七転び八起き), translated to English as literal “fall seven times, stand up eight”.
The thing about success (in anything), it never comes in linear process. We all know that. And yet, it’s not something easily done especially in a world of short attention span. Grit is not necessarily a perseverance. You need a clear goal and a passion.
Perseverance without a clear goal and lessons loop is foolish. Throughout the last 9 years, we build, try things, and fail a lot. There are times when we were foolish as well. We went the long route of experience and knowledge. We got discouraged, paused everything, take rest, but never stop.
Will this time be different? We don’t know. What we do know is we’re tightening our learning loop and we believe being balance is a lifelong learning.
Our definition of success, is excellence and quality, and we’ll just shape ourselves closer to that goal.
